Frequently Asked Questions ​ How does billing work? Your AIM ONE membership is billed monthly on the same date each month. We accept: Credit & debit cards ACH HSA/FSA cards Simple. Automatic. No surprises. ​ Can I cancel or pause my membership? Yes. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled at least 14 days before your next billing date You may pause your membership for up to 60 days per year for: Vacation Medical reasons Injury (Just let us know in writing) AIM ONE is designed to fit real life — not punish you for having one. ​ Do unused visits or recovery sessions roll over? AIM ONE is built around monthly consistency, so visits and recovery passes are intended to be used within the same month. Missed appointments are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Repeated missed sessions may result in forfeiting that visit. This helps protect your reserved time and keeps scheduling fair for everyone. ​ How does the recovery pass work? Each month you receive one recovery pass, which can be used for: Cold plunge Sauna Contrast (hot + cold) You choose what your body needs most that month. ​ Can I change my membership later? Absolutely. You may switch to another AIM membership option at any renewal period if your needs change. We don’t lock you in — we guide you forward. ​ Is AIM ONE transferable or shareable? AIM ONE memberships are not transferable or shareable, unless otherwise stated (Family & Friends Bundles are the exception).
