Making it Easy to Get Better
Your First Visit to AIM Performance & Recovery
NEW PATIENT INFORMATION
Starting somewhere new — especially when your body isn't cooperating — takes a certain kind of trust. We don't take that lightly.
AIM is not a revolving door of quick appointments. Your first visit is a real evaluation. You'll leave knowing exactly what is limiting you, why it keeps happening, and what the path forward looks like.
No referral needed. No guesswork. Just answers.
WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUR FIRST VISIT
-
Movement assessment:
Dr. Smith evaluates how your body actually functions — not just where it hurts. This is a functional movement and clinical evaluation, not a standard checkup.

-
You get a real diagnosis:
Not "let's see how it goes." You'll understand what's driving the problem — the root movement pattern, restriction, or dysfunction — before you leave.

-
A clear next step prescription:
Restore, Intelligent Movement, or Resilience — you'll know exactly which system fits your situation and what the plan looks like. No pressure. No package upsells.

-
You decide:
The recommendation is yours to take. We give you the information — you're in control of what happens next.

F.A.Q.
Is this just a chiropractic office?
ANSWER
No. AIM is a doctor-led performance and recovery clinic. We offer movement assessment, soft tissue therapy, corrective exercise, recovery enhancements, and training — all under one roof, with one plan. Chiropractic techniques are one tool in a much broader system.
Do I need a referral to be seen at AIM
No referral needed. You can book a New Patient Assessment directly online. If you're unsure which visit type fits, book a free 15-minute consult and we'll point you in the right direction.
I'm not injured -- can I still come in?
Absolutely. Many of our patients come in because they want to move better, perform better, or stay out of pain before it becomes a problem. The New Patient Assessment works for anyone who wants to understand how their body is actually functioning.
How much does the first visit cost?
The New Patient Assessment is $185. It is HSA and FSA eligible. We also accept several insurance plans — check our insurance page for details, or call us to verify coverage before your visit.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable, athletic clothing you can move freely in. Bring any relevant imaging (MRI, X-ray reports) if you have them. Arrive 10 minutes early.
