The whole system.
One membership.
Every doctor-designed program — Relief, Rebuild, Performance — built on 15 years of clinical work. The same order we'd put you in if you were sitting across from us.
Most people don't need one program. They need the system.
Your back gets better — then you want to train. You build strength — then you want to move better. You finish a 6-week protocol — then what?
AIM All-Access is the answer to "then what."
Every program I've built, in one place, organized by where you are right now — Relief, Rebuild, or Performance. Move between them as your body shifts.
No guesswork. No starting over.
Same sequencing I use in clinic. Same depth.

Why Most Fitness Programs Fail Your Body
Most people don’t need a single isolated workout program. They need a progressive system. Your back gets tight—so you need relief. You build basic stability—then you want to train. You finish a generic 6-week challenge—then what?
AIM All-Access is the clinical answer to "then what." Every doctor-designed program—built on 15 years of movement rehabilitation work—is organized into three clear tracks. Move between them seamlessly as your body shifts.

I'm dealing with pain — is this safe for me? The Relief programs are built for people working through stiffness and recurring pain. If you're under acute care or post-surgery, start with the Posterior Chain Reset ($19) and check with your doctor before progressing. All-Access is corrective, not high-intensity.
I'm an AIMFIT member — do I need this too? AIMFIT is our in-person group fitness membership in Marietta — it already includes the Posterior Chain Reset as your online intro. All-Access is the full online library. Many AIMFIT members add it for the days they can't make class, when they travel, or to follow a structured multi-week program at home.
Can I use this alongside my in-person training? A: Absolutely. Many of our local Marietta members utilize the digital All-Access library to maintain movement consistency on travel days, complete home-based active recovery sessions, or follow structured supplemental programming between local coaching sessions.
What's the difference between All-Access and 1:1 Direct? All-Access is the full self-paced library. 1:1 Direct is personalized programming I build for your specific body, history, and goals. Most people start with All-Access and add 1:1 Direct when they want individualized coaching.
Not ready for a membership — where do I start? The Posterior Chain Reset ($19) on the Relief page. It's the protocol I use to start most patients in clinic. Most people use it as a 2-3 week intro before moving to All-Access.
