THIS ISN'T A TEN-MINUTE ADJUSTMENT

If you want the quick fix, there are twenty places closer. This is for people who want to know why it keeps coming back.

  • You still train. You want to keep training.

  • You were told to rest it. You rested it. It came back.

  • You want to pick your kids up without thinking about it.

SIXTY MINUTES, AND YOU LEAVE KNOWING

  • 1. We talk about what you're actually trying to get back to. Not your pain score.

  • 2. Testing that fits your problem — movement, orthopedic, neurodynamic. Not a template.

  • 3. Hands-on treatment the same day — once the assessment says it's safe to.

  • 4. A straight conversation about what's going on and what it takes to fix it.

Dr. Stephanie Smith, DC, MS. Penn State athlete. Played pro in Vancouver. Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master's in Sports Health Medicine, with certifications in FMS, SFMA, Graston and kettlebell instruction. She has treated first-time gym members and professional athletes. The approach doesn't change — the starting point does.

The Movement Assessment — $185, 60 minutes

  • Testing that fits your problem, not a template.

  • Hands-on treatment the same day, once it's cleared.

  • You leave knowing what it is and what it takes.

  • No packages. No contracts. No pressure to commit to anything.

WHAT IF I'M NOT SURE THIS IS FOR ME?

That's what the hour is for. You'll leave knowing what's going on and what it takes to fix it — whether or not that's here.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

No. Book directly. Wear something you can move in.

BEYOND THESE WALLS.

END THE DAY with No Pain
START THE DAY with No Pain
DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN.

The doctor who's been where you are.

Dr. Stephanie Smith didn't learn about movement from a textbook. She lived it.

She grew up in New York, earned a Division I athletic scholarship to Penn State, competed at the highest level of collegiate soccer — Big Ten Championships, All-Conference honors, NCAA Final Four — then played professionally with the Vancouver Whitecaps.

She knows what it feels like to push your body to its limit. She also knows what it feels like when it stops cooperating.

That experience is why her patients describe her the way they do:

"She doesn't just chase symptoms. She identifies and treats the root cause."
"She took her time, listened, and gave me a plan that actually makes sense."
"For the first time, I actually understood what was wrong with my body."

After competing, Dr. Smith earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic and her Master's in Sports Health Medicine from Life University — right here in Marietta. But one degree was never going to be enough.

She's also certified in Functional Movement Systems, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Graston Technique, Chiropractic Extremity care, and kettlebell training — because a body that's been pushed hard needs more than an adjustment. It needs a system.

That's exactly why she built AIM in 2018.

She kept seeing the same pattern: people getting temporary relief, stopping care, and ending up back at square one. Not because they weren't trying — but because no one had given them a real structure to follow.

AIM is that structure.

Dr. Smith works best with adults who are done guessing. Former athletes who feel like strangers in their own bodies. Busy professionals who need their body to keep up with their life. People who've done the PT, tried the gym, taken the advice — and still don't feel like they can trust themselves to move without something going wrong.
