You're here because something isn't right.
Maybe it's lower back pain that never fully goes away.
Maybe it's a shoulder that aches when you lift — or a knee that clicks when you run.
Maybe you've seen three different providers and still don't have an answer.
Maybe you feel better, but you don't trust your body the way you used to.
Whatever brought you here, you're not looking for another quick fix. You're looking for someone who actually figures out what's going on and builds a real plan.
That's what AIM was built for.
Why AIM isn't like other clinics.
We don't separate therapy from training. Most people bounce between a chiropractor, a PT, and a trainer — each solving one piece. We handle the full arc: assess what's broken, fix the movement pattern, and rebuild strength under one roof.
We're doctor-led, not adjustment-driven. Dr. Stephanie Smith is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a Master's in Sports Health Medicine, certified in Functional Movement Systems, Graston, and kettlebell training. She played semi-pro soccer. She's worked with college and professional athletes. Your care plan is built on that depth — not a template.
We focus on the root, not the symptom. If your pain keeps coming back, it's because nothing has corrected the underlying movement. Our job is to fix that — so you stop needing us.
Who we work with.
-
Professionals who sit all day and feel the consequences
-
Active adults dealing with recurring pain or stiffness
-
Athletes (current and former) returning from injury
-
Lifters and runners who can't figure out why something keeps flaring up
-
Parents who want to move well for the long haul
If you want to move, train, and live without having to baby your body — you're in the right place.
What patients say.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "AIM Chiropractic has been a game‑changer for me. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Smith made me feel welcomed and cared for. She took her time and listen to my issue and immediately said I got you we can fix it. She took her time to explain what’s going on with my shoulder and created a plan that actually makes sense. I’ve noticed real improvement in my pain levels, mobility, and overall well‑being by the second treatment. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone looking for genuine, attentive chiropractic care. I had over 24 sessions with another doctor and it was nothing like I received from Dr. Smith." — Ben T.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "One of the best chiropractic and fitness clinics I've attended. They really assess your overall body, alignment, functionality and mobility to get you pain-free and moving again. Thanks to her I'm back at the gym training pain-free for the first time in a long time." — Craig M.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Dr. Stephanie is truly amazing. She integrates different modalities and is able to intuitively understand what your body needs to perform at an optimal level." — Cyrus N.

What HAPPENS AT YOUR FIRST VISIT.
1. We listen. You tell us what's going on — in your words, not medical jargon. No rushed intake.
2. We assess. A full functional movement screen to find the actual root of what's happening. Not just where it hurts — why it's happening.
3. We treat. Hands-on care, soft tissue work, corrective movement — whatever your body actually needs.
4. You leave with a plan. Clear next steps. No mystery. No high-pressure package pitch.
