Who this is for -- You sit a lot. Your low back feels tight by the end of the day. Your hamstrings feel stiff when you stand up. You stretch, but it doesn't last. The problem isn't flexibility — it's that the muscles in the back of your body have gone quiet, and the wrong ones are doing the work. What you'll do -- A short, focused movement sequence designed to be done at home with no equipment. You'll move through specific positions that wake up your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back, then teach them to stabilize together. Most people finish in under 20 minutes. The clinical why -- This is what we call posterior chain dissociation and stability — the foundation of every other program in the AIM system. When the posterior chain works, the rest of your body stops compensating. This is the first thing I teach every patient.
