Who this is for -- You're newer to kettlebell training, or you've used them but never been coached through the fundamentals the right way. You want to build real strength — but not at the cost of your back, shoulders, or knees. You want a program that teaches the why behind every movement. What you'll do -- A six-week progressive program that teaches the foundational kettlebell movements — swing, clean, press, squat, get-up — in the AIM movement hierarchy. Each week layers in complexity. Sessions are 30-40 minutes, designed to be done 3-4 times per week. By the end, you're confident enough to scale into Kettlebell Strength. The clinical why -- Most kettlebell injuries happen because people learn the movement before learning the position. This program reverses the order — you'll spend the first weeks earning the right to load, then load progressively. It's the kettlebell program I wish I could give every new patient.
