Who this is for -- Your back is no longer in pain — but it's not strong either. You want to move better without thinking about it. You want to bend, twist, sit, and lift without bracing for impact. You're ready to stop managing your back and start training it. What you'll do -- A flow-based program that strings together the foundational positions of the AIM system into continuous movement sequences. You'll move through quadruped, kneeling, and standing patterns in a single session — building strength and coordination simultaneously. Sessions range from 25-40 minutes. The clinical why -- Strength without coordination is fragile. Coordination without strength is theoretical. This program closes the gap — what I call functional flow. Your back becomes resilient not because it's stronger in isolation, but because it knows how to work with the rest of your body in motion.
