Each week builds on the last — you'll start with stabilization work and progress into integrated strength patterns. Three to four sessions per week, 25-35 minutes each. By week six, you're doing movements you didn't think your back could handle. The clinical why -- Six weeks is the minimum window for real tissue and neuromuscular adaptation — anything shorter is a reset, not a rebuild.
