Who this is for -- Your low back is the part of your body you think about most. It's tight when you wake up, worse when you sit, and you've stopped doing things you used to do because you're not sure what will set it off. You've been told it's "muscular" or "tight hips" but nothing has fixed it. What you'll do -- A complete corrective program you can do at home with minimal equipment. You'll work through foundational positions — supine, quadruped, half kneeling — that rebuild how your low back coordinates with your core and hips. Designed to be done in 20-30 minute sessions, multiple times per week. The clinical why -- Most low back pain is a coordination problem, not a tissue problem. The muscles that should be stabilizing the spine have gone offline, and the muscles that should be moving the body are stabilizing instead. This program teaches your body the correct hierarchy — what we call ab bracing and posterior chain integration. It's the same sequence I use with patients in clinic.
