AIM Membership Policy
1. Billing
All memberships are billed monthly on the same date each month.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit, ACH, and HSA/FSA cards.
2. Cancellations & Pauses/Holds
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled 14 days before the next billing cycle.
Pauses are allowed for vacations, medical reasons, or injuries for up to 60 days per year with written notice.
Minimum pause: 30 days. Maximum single pause: 60 days.
Pause requests require written notice at least 14 days before the next billing date — same notice window as cancellation.
Every pause requires a start date and an end date at the time of the request. Open-ended pauses are not accepted.
Membership resumes automatically on the stated end date and bills on the normal billing date. No second confirmation required.
A pause that spans December 31 draws from the calendar year in which each day falls.
Qualifying reasons: travel, medical, or injury. Scheduling conflicts do not qualify.
No visits, sessions, or member rates during a pause.
A pause does not extend the membership term or bank unused visits.
Memberships cannot be transferred or shared unless otherwise stated (Family & Friends Bundle exception applies).
3. Guest Passes
Each member is entitled to one guest pass per month, which must be used in the same month and must be accompanied by the member. As the account holder, you are entitled to use the allotted guest pass each month.
4. Discounts
Public Members receive ongoing access to member-only rates and discounts.
Membership pricing may be updated periodically with advance notice.
5. Membership Changes
You may change to any other type of membership at any renewal time.
6. Missed Sessions
Missed appointments are subject to the clinic’s cancellation policy.
Repeated missed sessions may result in forfeiting that visit.
Numerous offenses of missed sessions can result in termination of the membership.
7. Failed Payment
A valid payment method must remain on file at all times.
Declined payments are retried within 48 hours. A second decline suspends the membership.
Suspended memberships have no visit access and no reserved appointment times until the balance is paid in full.
Balances unpaid 30 days after the original billing date result in cancellation. Rejoining requires payment of the outstanding balance plus current enrollment terms.
A membership with an open balance cannot be paused or canceled. The balance clears first.
8. Communication
Updates, schedule changes, and exclusive member offers are communicated via email and/or text.
Members are encouraged to keep their contact information up to date.
⚖️ Friendly Reminder
Memberships are designed for flexibility and consistency — giving you access to care that fits your lifestyle while protecting your reserved time and our scheduling integrity.
