Founder's Membership Policy

1. Billing

  • All memberships are billed monthly on the same date each month.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit, ACH, and HSA/FSA cards.

  • A valid payment method must remain on file at all times.

2. Cancellations & Holds

  • Memberships renew automatically unless canceled at least 14 days before the next billing date. Requests received inside that window take effect the following cycle.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Access continues through the end of the cycle already paid for. Payments already processed are not refunded or prorated, and unused visits do not carry forward.

  • Holds are available for travel, medical reasons, or injury — up to 60 days total per calendar year, counted in days used, not number of holds. The allowance resets January 1 and does not carry over.

  • Hold requests require written notice at least 14 days before the next billing date, and must include both a start date and an end date. Open-ended holds are not accepted.

  • Memberships resume automatically on the stated end date and bill on the normal billing date.

  • There is no visit access, and no reserved appointment times, during a hold. A hold does not extend the membership term or bank unused visits.

  • Memberships cannot be transferred or shared unless otherwise stated (Family & Friends Bundle exception applies).

  • Founders members: canceling forfeits Founders pricing. See Section 4.

3. Guest Passes

  • Each member is entitled to one guest pass per month. The pass must be used within that same month and the guest must be accompanied by the member.

4. Founders Pricing

  • Founders pricing is locked for as long as the membership stays active and in good standing.

  • Founders pricing is tied to the membership, not the person. If the membership is canceled, Founders pricing ends with it.

  • Members who return after canceling re-enroll at current public pricing. Founders rates are not reinstated, and Founders enrollment is closed.

  • A hold is not a cancellation. Founders pricing is preserved through an approved hold.

  • Changing to a different membership type keeps Founders pricing, as long as there is no gap in membership.

  • Reinstatement grace period. A Founders member who cancels may reinstate at Founders pricing within 30 days of their cancellation date. Billing resumes on the reinstatement date, and the skipped time is not back-billed.

  • The grace period is available one time per member. Once it has been used, or once 30 days have passed, Founders pricing is permanently forfeited and return is at current public pricing.

5. Membership Changes

  • You may change to any other membership type at any renewal date.

6. Missed Sessions

  • Missed appointments are subject to the clinic's cancellation policy.

  • Repeated missed sessions may result in forfeiting that visit.

  • Ongoing missed sessions can result in termination of the membership.

7. Failed Payment

  • Declined payments are retried within 48 hours. A second decline suspends the membership.

  • Suspended memberships have no visit access and no reserved appointment times until the balance is paid in full.

  • Balances unpaid 30 days after the original billing date result in cancellation. Rejoining requires payment of the outstanding balance plus current enrollment terms.

  • A membership with an open balance cannot be paused or canceled. The balance clears first.

  • A membership canceled for nonpayment forfeits Founders pricing. The reinstatement grace period in Section 4 does not apply.

8. Communication

  • Updates, schedule changes, and member offers are sent by email and/or text.

  • Members are responsible for keeping their contact information current.
